Yes, the Waggan was the next chosen avatar to receive shiny love! As usual, new model means new bugs, so keep an eye out for problems and post them to my discord

Further info:
Like everything else on the Waggan, this is a VRCF prefab. Just drag and drop it onto your avatar, and you're good to go!
I used poiyomi pro 9.1.7 for the materials, I can't guarantee it'll work with older versions (just update ya silly).
